Olympus BX51


The BX51 microscope is available for bright field and fluorescence observation methods. It is a non motorized microscope system which is used primarily for fixed histological tissue sections and cells. It is also used for fixed fluorescently labelled samples.

The system has two camera options depending on which application you require.

Camera 1: Olympus DP71 12.5 megapixel 12 bit digital colour camera
Camera 2: Olympus DP30 high sensitivity cooled monochrome CCD camera for low light microscope applications
